Pandemic Legacy: Season 2
The plague won 71 years ago, and your job is to reconnect what is left.
What it is
A cooperative campaign for 2 to 4 people who want a story that changes as it goes. Survivors of a plague live on floating havens, and your team keeps supplies moving to the cities that remain. Choices carry over from game to game across 12 to 24 games of about an hour each. You do not need Season 1 first.
What we love
- The world is only partly known at the start, so the campaign reveals it as you go.
- It stands alone, though some story threads link to Season 1.
- Players can join, leave or swap partway through.
Honest trade-offs
- It is built to be finished, and the game ends with the campaign.
- The length asks a steady group to keep turning up.
- The setting is grim: most of humanity is gone and cities go dark when you fail.
