Pictionary
The quick-draw classic from 1985: no letters, no numbers, no pointing.
What it is
The drawing game for family nights and groups who like shouting at a sketch. With four players it plays as two teams of two, and larger groups can split into as many as four teams. One teammate draws against a one-minute timer while the others guess, and a correct guess lets the team roll and move along a board of 55 squares. On All Play squares every team races to guess the same drawing.
What we love
- All Play squares get every team involved at once
- Five kinds of square keep the clues varied
- Works from a small family up to a big crowd
Honest trade-offs
- The word you draw and the die roll count for more than skill
- A full game on the board can run past an hour
- Drawing against a timer can stress reluctant artists
AI summary of player sentiment
