The Gang
Texas Hold'em with no bluffing, no talk of your own cards and one shared heist.
What it is
A co-op poker game for three to six players who enjoy reading a room when nobody can say what they hold. As the community cards land, each player takes a star-ranked chip showing how strong they think their hand is. Then you reveal from weakest to strongest: get the order right and a vault opens, get it wrong and an alarm trips. Three vaults wins and three alarms loses, so we think it suits groups who like a quick, tense puzzle in a poker costume.
What we love
- Chips are the only way to signal your hand, which makes every grab tense
- Challenge and Specialist cards let groups tune the difficulty
- Player aids spell out the hand rankings for newcomers
Honest trade-offs
- Three players is easy to read, and it works better at five or more
- Easiest for people who already know poker hands
- The heist theme is a light backdrop
